Most of the time that means you can sign it and be done.

If you miss it, no worries - you'll also receive an email with the link.
Once we have your information, you can go back to your life and business. We'll take it from there and send everything to you once it's ready.

This package includes everything you need for a fully compliant LLC in Texas, including the LLC, your EIN, Company Agreement, and Governance Documents. Ongoing services like Registered Agent and Virtual Business Mailing Address are available separately to make your life easier, to make it easier for Your LLC Attorney to support you, to protect the privacy of your home address, and to give you ultimate location freedom, but they're not required.
Once your intake form is complete, I’ll file your LLC within one business day. You’ll receive your formation documents and all supporting materials via email after your LLC comes back confirmed by the State, neatly organized and ready to use. The State can take anywhere from 48 horus to 10 business days to confirm a new LLC.
Yes. We file each LLC in the order it was received, but if you need to skip the line, you can click THIS LINK to checkout, and it'll notify us of the rush order, so we know to process it ASAP.
Orders placed before 6pm CST will be processed the same day upon receipt of the LLC information. We must receive your actually LLC information before 6pm to process it same day.
Orders placed after 6pm CST will be processed first thing the next morning.
Expedited processing is an additional $97.
Please note that we cannot control how long it takes the State of Texas to process your filing once it's submitted.
Absolutely. If something unexpected comes up with your filing, I’ll help you get it resolved. You won’t be left to figure it out on your own.
And if the issue was on our end? I’ll fix it—at no cost to you.

If your LLC has already been filed by the time we receive your cancellation request, we’re unable to issue a refund.
If we receive your request before filing, we’re happy to refund your purchase in full.
