Yes. This bundle is specifically designed for forming an LLC in the state of Texas. Every walkthrough, document, and instruction is tailored to Texas-specific filings and requirements.
The only exception is the EIN training. Since the EIN is a federal tax ID, any business in any state could use that training to get their EIN.
Absolutely. This is the best place to start, so you know what you're getting into (and how easy it really is!).
And then, when you're ready, you’re on your away to a legally registered LLC, a professional foundation, and total clarity on what comes next form an LLC maintenance perspective.
To watch all of the trainings will take about 2 hrs, but...
My 7-yr old nephew went through the Texas LLC process in 7 minutes.
That training is 30 minutes, add the 7 minutes it takes you to actually do the thing if you don't do it along with me, and you'll have a submitted Certificate of Formation in under 40 minutes.
Everything else comes later, once you get the LLC back from the state.
You will have to pay the TX filing fee for a new LLC: $300 (+ their $8.10 processing fee if you use a credit card).
Otherwise, you get the Company Agreement download as part of the bundle, so no need to purchase that template separately.
You will also need to list a mailing address and your registered agent information on your Certificate of Formation, so most people prefer to get the DIY Safely Package, which come with one year of your business mailing address and registered agent.
