Yes. The standard of service we provide relies on being licensed in the State for the clients we are serving. At this time, our attorneys are only licensed in TX, so we are only serving TX LLCs.
No.
It does give you access to me to assess what needs to be done whenever you have a legal question. That way you're not fumbling around on the internet trying to figure out what to do next - I'll be able to give you clear legal guidance.
Kind of like actually going to your PCP rather than relying on WebMD when you're not feeling well.
But actual legal work, like contract negotiation or preparation, is billed at an hourly rate. And if you need legal work that's not in my area of expertise, I'll be able to recommend an excellent attorney to satisfy your legal needs.
