FAQ
No. The mailing address subscription is for your day-to-day business mail. Registered agent service is specifically the legally required point of contact for service of process and government notices — and this is where having an attorney in that seat matters most.
Most businesses aren't, and I hope yours never is. But the registered agent requirement isn't optional in Texas, and the difference between a commercial service and an attorney only shows up on the one day you need it. You're not paying for paperwork forwarding — you're paying for who's on the other end of it if that day comes. And the safety and privacy that comes with knowing your home address isn't publicly accessible to those who would wish you even business harm.
No. In order to focus on the formation and management of our clients' LLCs, we do not handle litigation at this time, but we are connected to a network of excellent attorneys and will help you find the attorney who has the expertise you need.

Your business lists 2 addresses publicly: your registered agent address and your business mailing address.

So if you change your registered agent address, but you leave your home address as your business mailing address, you have no privacy or security - your home address is publicly available and will appear in every email you send.

To fully protect your privacy (and your safety and your family), you need a separate business mailing address too.
Our Registered Agent service is per LLC, so if you have more than 1 LLC, you'll need more than 1 subscription.
