Your veteran-owned business exempts you from paying the $300 filing fee, but it also requires a little bit of extra paperwork. Before we get started, I want to make sure you're ready to upload copies of the following for each owner:
A veteran verification letter from the Texas Veterans Commission for each Member (aka owner of the business), and
A completed and signed Certification of New Veteran-Owned Business. (scroll to Step 2 - Complete Comptroller Form 05-904 and click to download)
